 -- 'Thunder on the Bay,' the base's first air show since April 2004 comes to Keesler April 4-5, 2009.
 
"We are excited to be hosting the first air show at Keesler Air Force Base in five years," said Brig. Gen. Greg Touhill, 81st Training Wing commander. "We have organized a dedicated air show committee who are working diligently to solidify two days of amazing aerial acrobatics as well as impressive static display aircraft."

contact and are using many unconventional marketing techniques that we have found to provide much better results than conventional advertising.

Our hand-selected sales team are made up of experienced, licensed agents.  We will implement strong internet campaigns along with professionally designed marketing material that targets income profile ranges.  Through
these efforts leads are generated along with being captured through our website.  Additionally we provide value and reasons to return through newsletters, updates and much more. As they become more and more important each day, virtual tours are also utilized.  Over 94% of Buyers at some time during the buying process use the Internet. Additionally for this area, we have found it benificial to market outside of domestic levels which we are easily able to do through our established brokerage networks and Internet presence.  Furthermore our agents will make recommendations for  additions or other work that will significantly enhance the salability of your property. All
of this and more paired with an effective systems to aid agents progression from registration to closing allows us to offer more than your average real estate brokerage.

We also market your property to other real estate agents.   In many markets across the country, over 50% of real estate sales are cooperative sales; that is, a real estate agent other than yours brings in the buyer.  Therefore, we will act as a the marketing coordinator, disbursing information about your property to other real estate agents through a Multiple Listing Service or other cooperative marketing networks, open houses for agents, etc. We provide up-to-date information on what is happening in the marketplace and the price, financing, terms and condition of competing properties. These are key factors in getting your property sold at the best price, quickly and with minimum hassle.
